Keeping fit diary(2)

Day 1 (22 September 2009)
Breakfast: Cereal with small amount of Dutch Lady chocolate milk

10.00a.m.: 1banana

Lunch: Cucumber & carrot porridge

1.30Pp.m: 3 slices of dragon fruit
4.00p.m.: 1 bowl of green bean sweet soup (No sugar but winter melon sugar)

Dinner: 1 banana & vegetables soup
Water:5 Litres (>.<)
Output: None!(maybe because body still not used to the "healthy" meal)


Vegetables soup a.k.a ABC soup


Only eat half portion...because too much=P
It's a great start^^
Continue this way tomorrow.....
